DRAISINENTOUR - Meisenheim & Staudernheim

PRE-MORNING - Draisine

After breakfast, we set off by car for about 15 minutes to the Draisinenstation in Staudernheim. Now we set off on a disused railroad line 10 km to Meisenheim. On the way, we can make a short stop at Mrs. K's and hike 3.5 km along the beautiful orchid trail of the local community of Rehborn (mid-April - early June). From July 24th, the corn field in Raumbach is also open again and offers fun for young and old. Draisine opening hours March to October 9.00-11.30 a.m.

MIDDAY- Small lunch snack & Meisenheim

We stroll through the beautiful town of Meisenheim, which was first mentioned in the 7th century. On sunny days, you can enjoy a delicious coffee in the small cafés in the town or a small snack in the “Bierengel” on the town wall. If you want even more history, join a guided tour of the castle church.

Hikingtip: Wanderweg: „Juche“ 3,2 km
