"Genussmomente " half board menu Restaurant

Our half-board is naturally part of a warm welcome and enjoyable stay. In a peaceful atmosphere, with lovingly laid tables and personal service, you can enjoy changing themed menus based on the seasons, our landscape, and our home region of Nahe-Hunsrück.

Each evening has its own theme – from “Roots & Home” to “Forest & Meadow” to “Spring by the River.” The week is complemented by special highlights such as our Hunsrück BBQ on Tuesday or the Heimat-Etagere on Friday as a culinary greeting from the region.

This is how our half-board is structured:

• Starter buffet with soup, selected starters, salads & bread – or as plate dishes
• Main course of your choice: meat, fish, or vegetarian (pre-ordered)
• A small dessert for those with a sweet tooth to finish
• Seasonal cuisine, regionally influenced, freshly prepared
  
  

Our half-board is ideal for food lovers, couples, and holiday guests who want to eat without the stress of deciding, but with variety. The cuisine changes on a weekly basis, while always remaining familiar, honest, and high-quality.
