Our local cuisine restaurant is all about regional dishes, authentic flavors, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Simple, hearty, and welcoming—just right for a relaxing break in the Nahe region.

At lunchtime, you can enjoy small plates, winemaker’s tapas, and homemade cakes. In the evening, we serve popular classics like schnitzel, burgers, rump steak, or vegetarian dishes—paired with regional wines and seasonal spritzers.

The week is rounded out by special highlights such as our “Moments of Indulgence” menus, the Hunsrück BBQ on Tuesday, or the “Heimat-Etagere” on Friday—a culinary greeting from the region.

Half-Board – Culinary Moments to Sweeten Your Getaway

For us, half-board is a natural part of settling in and enjoying your stay. In a peaceful atmosphere, with lovingly set tables and personalized service, you’ll enjoy rotating themed menus inspired by the seasons, our landscape, and our home region of Nahe-Hunsrück.

• Appetizer buffet with soup, selected appetizers, salads, and bread—or served as plated dishes
• Main course of your choice: meat, fish, or vegetarian (pre-ordered)
• A small dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth to round out the meal
